He began his career in Public Administration,at the Department of Revenue Tax Management Agency, of the Barcelona Provincial Council. He then went to the private sector as a tax consultant, wherehe has practices for last 15 years.
His extensive experience has allowed him to learn and work in different sectors, each with different casuistry and needs. He has been exposed to company cycles from set up, growth, and succession phases, as well as economic divestment and financial hardship.
He has hands on experience as bankruptcy receiver and he has managed fiscal, economic and financial matters.
He specializes in wealth and financial counseling.
His professional experience in Bankinter for 12 years allows him to advise on financial and wealth matters, as well as the assess and analyze financial statements of companies from the perspective of financial institutions and negotiating with them, depending on their organization.Their specialties in finance are corporate banking, financial organization, negotiation of financing and refinancing, credit recovery management, and business organization from a financial point of view.
As corporate lawyer in general counsel for several companies,he developed expertise in commercial and labor matters covering corporate advising, commercial contracts, negotiations with government authorities, labor relations, and collective bargaining.
